Ingredients and product care information for our cookies Cookie Care Cookies will remain fresh for up to 3-4 weeks in their heat sealed packaging left at room temperature. DO NOT STORE COOKIES IN THE REFRIGERATOR. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Leave them in their heat sealed packaging and put them in a airtight container before putting them in the freezer. Remove the container form the freezer, allow to come to room temperature (at least 4 hours). DO NOT open the container until it has reached room temperature , otherwise you risk condensation and colour bleed. How we started About Us Dustyn "Shea" Mann-Cookie Decorator Being a first time mom and having being newly introduced to Pinterest, I started watching cookie and cake decorating videos. Saving them to my board with the hopes that one day I would try out a few, that it wasn't until my first son turned one when I attempted to make decorated sugar cookies and a specialty cake. Soon after that, turning my creative side into something you can eat became all I could Google. It wasn’t until after my second son was born that I decided to pursue this hobby of cookie decorating. Closer to Christmas in 2017, I posted some of my work on Facebook to see if there was any interest and was I ever surprised. Since then, I haven’t looked back and Shea’s Sweet Shoppe was born. Since then, I started offering macarons, cake pops, custom cakes and most recently, homemade artisan bread.
